Train with purpose this summer and return to campus prepared for your best fall yet. Our College Summer Training program is built specifically for current collegiate lacrosse athletes looking to sharpen their skills, elevate their strength, and increase their speed and explosiveness.
Held at Goals Performance Academy — a premier 9,000 sq. foot facility featuring an indoor turf and a state-of-the-art strength and conditioning gym — athletes will train under the guidance of an elite staff.
This program combines high-level coaching, advanced performance training, and a team environment that pushes you to be your best.

Time: 7:00-8:30am (45 mins of lacrosse and 45 mins of strength & conditioning)
